What we collect
When you contact us or submit a project brief, we process the information you provide: name, email address, business name, website, project preferences, messages and any files you choose to upload.
Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver agreed services (contract and pre-contractual steps), and to meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Storage and retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within [12] months. Customer records are kept as long as required by Norwegian accounting law. Uploaded files are kept in private, access-controlled storage and deleted when no longer needed for the project.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, email delivery and file storage, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. [List of providers to be added.]
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
